Your privacy is important to us. The Healthcare Index is operated by SEIU Healthcare and is designed to give healthcare workers a confidential way to share their experience at work.

What information we collect
When you score your workplace, we may collect your:

Name
Email address
SEIU Healthcare Member ID
Workplace
Workplace scores

This information helps us verify that submissions come from real healthcare workers and maintain the integrity of the Healthcare Index.

How your information is used
Your name, email address and Member ID are used for verification purposes and will never be displayed publicly or shared with your employer.

Your individual workplace scores are kept confidential. Verified scores may be combined with scores from other workers to calculate workplace and sector-level results displayed through the Healthcare Index.

Protecting your information
SEIU Healthcare takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect and limits access to individuals who require it for legitimate purposes.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, consistent with SEIU Healthcare’s privacy practices.
